San Antonio Zoning Commission: votes, postponements and approvals at a glance

The San Antonio Zoning Commission on the afternoon of the hearing took action on a range of rezonings and conditional-use requests, approving multiple items, denying one proposal for vehicle sales adjacent to a single-family neighborhood, and postponing four items for later review.

The commission approved two consent items (items 3 and 10), denied item 5 (a request tied to vehicle sales adjacent to residences), approved rezonings at 7630 Potranco Road (item 7) and 5050 Rogers (item 8), approved a conditional-use amendment for an assisted-living home with an amendment limiting residents to eight (item 11), and approved a mixed-use/storage proposal with an acreage amendment (item 13).
