Professor Ted Cunningham and remote members could be heard on the live stream but not in the meeting room; conversely, room audio sometimes reached the live stream but not Webex participants. After attempting multiple fixes, the chair directed remote public commenters to submit written comments for the public record and offered them the opportunity to present at the next meeting instead.
The chair read into the record that remote commenters should submit their remarks to the board secretary and that the board would follow up.
