Community and economic development director Kenny Anderson presented two property items the commission approved together: acceptance of a warranty deed from Clearfield City and the Clearfield City Community Development Renewal Agency LLC conveying a small gap of land at the Davis County Health Department campus in Clearfield (Tax ID 120200144). Anderson said the parcel is 0.0033 acres and “a very small piece bordering the... Thalia's property.” The commission also ratified a nonbinding letter of intent to purchase a nearby property at 49 East 200 South in Clearfield; the building on that parcel is described as a 10,398-square-foot office facility on 1.35 acres.
