The council voted to approve the conditional use permit (CUP 25‑120) for Youth Development Center, Inc., to operate programming at 302 South Loudoun Street; CUP 25‑137 for the Studio Lounge karaoke/lounge at 1161–1169 Variable Avenue; CUP 25‑125 authorizing an addition to Fremont Street Day Nursery at 533 Fremont Street; CUP 25‑145 permitting two attached dwellings at 10 East South Works Street; and CUP 25‑146 allowing ground‑floor conversion to three residential units at 104 South Indian Alley. Each of those CUPs was approved by roll call during the meeting.
