Mayor Hogsett and City-County Councilor John Barth joined representatives of Indy Parks, the Lilly Endowment and Butler University at the ceremony. "We have no plans to slow down in 2025," Mayor Hogsett said, listing recent and upcoming park projects. Barth said the new field and other upgrades were the next phase of a long-running neighborhood effort: "Today, we break ground on the next phase of our vision," City-County Councilor John Barth said.
