Staff reports major warehouse pipeline, Project Mustang and ERIC workforce hub progress

Carol Kendrick, interim community development director, said the city is processing applications for approximately 26,000,000 square feet of warehouse projects. Much of that development is located south of Interstate 60 in the city’s sphere of influence; several applicants are seeking annexation. Kendrick also noted submitted commercial-center projects with tenants that staff could not yet disclose.
