Chair Stephen Apodaca moved to approve the minutes "as read and amended," and Commissioner Dasgupta seconded the motion. The commission recorded a unanimous voice vote in favor; commissioners present signaled "aye," and there were no abstentions or votes opposed. The chair instructed staff to correct a typographical error in the vote tally line (remove an extra digit) and to change the listed meeting date from "Wednesday, November 13" to "Wednesday, January 8" in two places.
The chair also noted that these minutes will be the last record referring to the body as the "Community Technology and Telecommunications Commission" and that future minutes and city code references should reflect the new name, Technology Commission, which City Council approved on Jan. 30.
The motion carried with the recorded amendments and the staff member assigned to minutes said they would double check the video and update the record.
