Board moves into executive session on personnel, reconvenes public session and adjourns

At the start of the meeting board President William Iannuzzi asked for a motion to enter executive session to meet with district counsel and "discuss the employment history of particular persons, which may lead to the employment of a particular person." A motion to enter executive session was moved by Casa Namenaya and seconded by Brooks; the motion carried following an oral vote.
The board reconvened the public session later in the evening. A motion to reconvene the public session was moved by Clayton Fernandez and seconded by Brooks; the chair called the vote and again the motion carried.
At the meeting's end the board voted to adjourn. The motion to adjourn was moved by Castellano Minaya and seconded by Williams; the chair said, "All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries. Good night, everyone."
