The board approved a proposed subdivision amendment and rezoning application submitted by Sharon and David Milholland to split Tract 1 of the Ferguson Subdivision, creating a roughly 3-acre parcel from an existing 10.02-acre tract at 17813 Road G, Cortez. The board approved a single-lot development and AR-3 through 9 rezoning application submitted by Martha Pickens (agent Kyle Roberts) for property at 5321 Road 24.5, Cortez (approximately 60 acres).
