Board approves consent calendar, elects new chair and fills budget committee positions

Election of leadership: Director Guerra nominated current Vice Chair Aquino for chair and nominated Director Maple as vice chair. The board then approved the nominations by roll call; recorded votes were "Aye" from the board members present and the clerk announced that item number 7 passed.
Budget and personnel committee appointments: The board appointed the chair, the vice chair and the past chair and added Director Robles and Director Dickinson as members to fill the committee; the motion passed by roll call (item number 8).
