Board members voted unanimously to authorize the superintendent or treasurer to enter into the contract with the Moats Group for removal and installation of the THS turf field. Board discussion noted the turf had exceeded its expected service life and that the purchase would be paid from permanent improvement funds rather than the district general fund.
