Coffee County board approves consent agenda including financial reports and CHS baseball backstop

A board member moved to approve the consent agenda and another board member seconded; the chair called for the question and the board indicated “All in favor.” The motion was adopted without a recorded roll-call tally in the meeting transcript.
District staff also said personnel recommendations had been presented for the board’s consideration; those items were included as part of the consent agenda presented to the board. The board chair stated there was no need for an executive session on personnel at that time.
The consent agenda motion concluded the routine business portion of the meeting and preceded the meeting’s remaining agenda items.
