LE MARS, Iowa — The Le Mars City Council on Dec. 17 adopted Resolution No. 2458 authorizing a water revenue loan agreement in a principal amount not to exceed $39,900,000 to finance a reverse-osmosis water treatment plant project, the Well 15 project, and a raw water main project.
The council opened a public hearing on the proposed financing, called for written and oral objections and heard none. After closing the hearing, the council moved to adopt Resolution No. 2458 and carried the motion following a roll-call vote recorded in the meeting minutes.
