The City Plan Commission on Jan. 27 voted to approve a certified survey map (file 241334) that divides one parcel into two and formally dedicates approximately 30 feet of right‑of‑way for West Bogleinck Avenue as a technical correction.
Johnny Latsko, an associate planner with Department of City Development, said the map corrects historical documentation and dedicates the strip of land already functioning as public right‑of‑way. Staff recommended approval subject to the condition that the CSM receive all necessary departmental signatures and the treasurer’s signature prior to the zoning, neighborhoods and development committee hearing.
A motion to approve the CSM with those conditions passed by voice vote. The map does not change the roadway alignment; it clarifies property lines to enable a buildable lot to be created for future sale.
