The Nassau County Development Review Committee recorded no further technical comments on three site-engineering matters on Jan. 14 and indicated those items would proceed to department-head review as DRC recommendations.
The items were:
- SP24-002 (Chase Bank Wildlife) — site engineering plan (Tab D). - SP24-040 (Tributary Spine Road West, Phase A) — site engineering plan (Tab E). - SP24-007 and PL24-002 (Tyson Forest Subdivision) — site engineering plan and plat (Tab F).
For each item, Building, Planning, Development Services, Environmental Health and Fire representatives stated they had no further comments during the DRC session. Tabitha Bostick closed the items with a record that the DRC had completed its review; department heads will provide final approvals per county procedures.
Because the DRC functions as a technical advisory body, these notes reflect that no additional DRC-level issues were raised during the meeting; department-head approval or other formal permits remain required before construction can begin.
