The Development Review Committee on Tuesday recommended preliminary plat PL 24-012, Woodbridge Phase 6A, to department heads for approval after reviewers reported no outstanding comments.
Tabitha Bostick, chair of Development Services, opened the meeting and said the committee had one project "that is being recommended to the department heads for approval." The committee item was listed on the agenda as "Tab A, PL 24-012, Woodbridge, Phase 6A," a preliminary plat.
Constance Lake of the Building Department, Elizabeth Back of the Planning Department, Tim Davidson of Development Services and Amanda Bauman of the Fire Department each reported they had "no further comment" on the item. The Health Department was not present; Bostick said the Health Department had informed staff it likewise had no further comment.
No formal vote was recorded at the Development Review Committee meeting. The committee's stated action was to forward the single preliminary plat to department heads for their review and approval. The next procedural step is review by the department heads, who will determine whether to approve the plat or request additional revisions.
Minutes of the meeting record the single agenda item and the lack of departmental comments. No additional background, fiscal information, public comment or legal authorities were cited during the committee discussion recorded in the transcript.
