Carson City Health and Human Services launched a customer survey that opened Jan. 6, 2025 and will run through the month of January, the department’s deputy director said during opening public comment.
Jeannie Freeman, deputy director for Carson City Health and Human Services, asked residents, visitors and business owners to participate. The survey is available on the department’s website, on social media, and in paper form at the health department and “other places around the city,” and copies are available in English and Spanish.
Freeman said the survey will help the department identify services that are working well, gaps, and information the department needs to communicate more effectively. No response rate targets, sample details, or specific survey questions were provided during the meeting.
