Staff raised concerns about annual water testing and a missing quarter of required tests; the board asked staff to follow up with county water personnel and the lab contact (Ryan Young and supervisor-level contacts were mentioned) to ensure compliance, notice postings and to confirm the permit status.
No contract awards were made at the meeting; staff will return with updated ARPA budget details, a revised vendor proposal for tower recoating and follow-up on water-testing compliance.
