At its Feb. 13 meeting the Lexington City Planning Commission approved the consent agenda and granted a string of applicant requests to postpone or withdraw items on the agenda. The commission approved four consent items and adopted motions, generally by unanimous vote, to postpone a number of major-development, subdivision and final-plat items to dates requested by applicants.
Staff presented four cases for the consent agenda: PLN MJDP 20-73 (Liberty Road Service Center, reapproval), PLN MJDP 20-379 (Veil property, reapproval), PLN MJDP 20-494 (Aylesford subdivision / Holy Spirit Newman Center, final development plan) and PLN MJDP 20-504 (The Village at Great Acres, Lot 2).
