Staff said they will follow up with council on the specific measures and a timetable for implementation.
Council members emphasized pedestrian safety for children and asked staff to prioritize lighting and traffic-control measures. Staff agreed to return with specifics and to coordinate with the property owner and businesses on near-term steps.
