The Town of Leesburg Board of Architectural Review on Jan. 22 approved a design for a new single-family residence on Lot 2 of the Millstone subdivision, authorizing the applicant to proceed subject to several conditions.
Staff presented the application and noted it was a continuation from an earlier meeting; the BAR discussed massing, roof form and a proposed change to the windows. Staff recommended approval, saying the proposal was “consistent with the guidelines for new construction” in the subdivision. Lauren (staff member) told the board that the submitted revisions addressed issues raised in prior reports.
