The board also reported that in three matters of anticipated litigation the board by a vote of 7 ayes gave direction to the General Counsel. In one other matter of anticipated litigation the board, by a vote of 6 ayes with one recusal (Commissioner Fisher), gave direction to the General Counsel.
Finally, on a public‑employee discipline, dismissal or release matter, the board by a vote of 7 ayes approved an amendment to the statement of charges.
