Planning Commission elects 2025 chair and vice chair

At the Jan. 14 meeting the Weber County Planning Commission elected officers for 2025. Commissioner Naville nominated Commissioner Favaro for chair; Commissioner McCormick seconded and the commission elected Favaro by voice vote.
For vice chair, Commissioner Nevel was nominated and seconded; the commission elected Nevel by voice vote.
Outgoing chair (name recorded in meeting) said he had served in one of the officer positions for six years and welcomed the leadership transition. The commission thanked the outgoing chair for his service.
