- Smith Road / Stonefield Road / Rockmeadow Road (subdivision): Applicant withdrew; commission voted to issue an invalid certificate of compliance and remove the order from the registry because work had not commenced.
- 82 Pumpkin Lane: Commission recommended issuance of a complete certificate of compliance for the related work.
- 13 Oak Ridge Drive: Item marked no longer applicable; no motion required.
- Enforcement matters: Multiple enforcement items were reported and motions to ratify enforcement orders (for example, 89 Kirby Hill Road) were approved. The commission also ratified an emergency certification for a shallow well repair.
- Other: The commission discussed stormwater runoff from large construction at 241 Sturbridge Road and issued work restrictions and instructions for upgraded erosion controls pending engineer reports.
