"Not shockingly, and in keeping with our declared uses, the majority, 83% of the $1,500,000, is paying for the salary and benefits of staffing at our elementary schools," Superintendent Hill said. "$1,243,430 is being spent on behavior interventionists, counselors, social workers, police, and administration."
