Mike Byron, a developer with the Pedcor Companies, said the company acquired the property in May 2023 and is moving from demolition into infrastructure planning for water, sewer, roads and stormwater. "It's a 62 acre site so it's gonna take us about 12 to 18 months to just on-site work alone to get the infrastructure in there and to do the grading there," Byron said.
