She described an optional Google-form worksheet panelists can use for preliminary notes and a proposed timeline: distribute a review draft to panel members by Feb. 21, gather feedback during two-by-two meetings or brief ad hoc sessions, present edits at the March 10 meeting and aim for a final draft by March 31.
Panel members asked procedural questions about how they would provide feedback and suggested two-by-two meetings as an efficient approach for generating ideas. Muscadin agreed to circulate the draft to the panel on or about Feb. 21 and to meet with volunteers for 30-minute feedback sessions. She emphasized the guide was not mandatory and said it was intended to supplement the ordinance- and bylaw-mandated training panelists already receive.
Panel members thanked Muscadin for the work and for returning from maternity leave to complete the manual; several volunteered to review the draft and to participate in follow-up meetings.
The panel expects the manual to provide a concise working worksheet for reviewers and a more detailed manual for training purposes.
