The Aurora City Council on Feb. 24 adopted four ordinances that revise boundaries for Painted Prairie Business Improvement Districts Nos. 1 and 2 and Windler Business Improvement Districts Nos. 1 and 2 after the developer modified the projects’ plans, city staff said.
Michael Kerrigan, special districts administrator with the Development Services Department, told the council the developer provided the statutorily required petitions and maps showing the updated boundaries and that the changes were needed because certain tracts originally intended as commercial are now planned for residential use.
