3) Move into executive session: The board moved to adjourn into executive session pursuant to Wisconsin statute 19.851 c to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance-evaluation data of public employees and pursuant to Wisconsin statute 19.851 e to deliberate where competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
