Staff said the parcel, now separately platted after being detached from the Bonterra development, is intended to be marketed for light industrial uses. The applicant is Pine Creek Land Company LLC; contact listed in the file is Lisa Ammons. Staff told the board the applicant and contact were not present at the meeting.
