- Rangewood Drive drainage easement authorization (post‑closed session action): After reconvening from closed session, the council authorized staff to negotiate and purchase drainage easement and temporary construction easement property needed for the Rangewood Drive drainage improvements project, to negotiate up to the settlement amounts described to council, and to authorize the town manager or his designee to close on the acquisition and pay closing costs. The motion passed by unanimous roll call.
- Scrivner Ranch heli‑stop (K2): The council denied a requested specific use permit for a heli‑stop at Scrivner Ranch (see separate article). The denial passed by unanimous roll call.
