Woodland Drive resident asks borough to address drainage that is freezing driveways

Julianne Curry, a Woodland Drive resident, asked the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly on Feb. 6 to address drainage and culvert deficiencies along Woodland Drive. She said drainage worsens toward Spruce Cape Trail and causes water to drain into her driveway, creating hazardous ice in winter and causing property settling.
