Ms. Davis, the district finance presenter, said the financial report reflected year-to-date activity through June 26, 2014, and that the reported fund balance was "before any year end adjustments are processed." She said receipts arriving the following Monday would be posted in the fiscal year and that the interim budget would permit operations to continue until the board adopts a formal budget.
