Ordinance and companion resolution for Gardens of Woodbury The council adopted Ordinance 14-2024 on second reading and adoption, rezoning the subject property northwest of PGA Boulevard and Shady Lakes Drive to a planned unit development overlay with an underlying residential-medium designation. The council also approved Resolution 58-2024, which establishes property development regulations for The Gardens of Woodbury PUD. The motions recorded in the meeting minutes carried 4–0.
Avenir site-plan approvals Council members approved three site-plan amendments within the Avenir planned community. Resolution 61-2024 approved Lake Ridge at Avenir (pod 21) for model homes, typical lot landscaping and a residential entry feature; Resolution 69-2024 approved Stonegate at Avenir (pod 11) for similar model-home and landscaping items. Consent agenda The council approved the consent agenda by motion; the clerk announced the motion passed with an affirmative vote. Several items on the consent agenda included routine purchases and grant agreements; among the consent items listed earlier in the meeting was a resolution authorizing an FDOT local agency program grant agreement for Burns Road bicycle track (Resolution 62-2024), and the interlocal agreement with Palm Beach County to transfer certain roadways (discussed later in the meeting).
