The applicant, represented by attorney Parks Huff of Sams, Lockett & Huff, told the council the project would deliver 198 for‑sale condominium units housed in 11 buildings, with mainly one‑ and two‑bedroom stacked‑flat units and a projected five‑year buildout. Huff said the developer intends to improve failing roads and stormwater infrastructure in the area as part of the project.
