Dallas opens bids for tunnel alarm services and utility-bill printing

Bidders listed at the opening were AC Printing LLC; Impact Printing and Graphics Ltd.; North Park Print and Graphics; MBA Minivan Press; and Tension Envelope Corporation.
The procurement staff member closed the bid opening and provided a public reference for later viewing, saying, “If you view this bid opening at a later date, you can go to www.dallascity.com and click Watch City Meetings Online and click the bid purchasing tab.”
