She said the office holds a small year‑end balance to allow for final journal entries during the audit process.

To encourage participation, Oldham County’s clerk’s office will issue raffle tickets to donors for a chance to win hanging baskets grown by the local FFA chapter.

She said the Prospect library branch has seen strong attendance and program growth.
