A motion to approve was made and seconded; roll-call voting recorded “Yes” votes from Councilwoman Edwards, Councilwoman Feliciano, Councilwoman Figueroa Kettenberg, Councilwoman Frisbie, Councilwoman Williams and Council President Gonzales. The motion carried.
