The contract approval was taken on the consent portion of the council agenda. The clerk conducted a roll call after the motion and returned an 11–1 tally. No additional details about the dissenting vote were recorded in the council transcript.
The agreement will replace a primarily manual selection and administration process with an online platform; staff recommended the change as an administrative efficiency and the council approved it by formal motion.
