- Rezoning at Adriatica (Item 24-0128-Z): The commission approved rezoning the property at 6952 Mediterranean Drive to a new plan development district (PD) that adds “social/country club” as an allowed use and sets a parking ratio. Motion carried 7-0 (motion by Mr. Wally; second by Mr. Butner). The item will be forwarded to City Council for final action on Jan. 21, 2025.
