Polachek said the mural is intended to complement existing floral artwork in the development.
The council asked for staff comment; none was offered. A council member moved to approve Resolution 8-2025 and another council member seconded. The motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. The council also approved the consent agenda without items pulled.
