Sales staff report tour‑operator outreach and sports/event bookings planned for 2025

He reported the Comstock Shootout is scheduled for April 26–27, the Carson Cruisers car show will move to June 28, Arena Wars returns July 12 at the MAC Center, and organizers are planning to expand Kaboom Con from a one‑day to a three‑day event with national vendors.
Wexler said organizers of the Stetina Pay Dirt race expect 500–600 registered riders and he is pursuing junior golf, BMX and pickleball events as new amateur and youth sports business for the city. He noted partnership opportunities with Tahoe-area venues if event planners require larger arenas.
