Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative files rate case, plans expanded grants and community programs

Jason Bowling and Eric Peterman, appearing on First Watch, said the co-op filed a rate request and plans to use the regulatory process to address operational issues and member pain points. “We filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission for a rate increase.
