Baltimore County ACC approves minutes, adopts regular meeting schedule and holds closed-session file review

A motion to enter closed session passed; the body left open session at 12:11 p.m. and returned to open session at 2:58 p.m., indicating a closed-session duration of approximately 2 hours and 47 minutes. The stated purpose of the closed session was to review files; no additional details were disclosed in open session.
