The Baltimore County Administrative Charging Committee on Feb. 7, 2025, approved minutes from its Jan. 27 meeting, voted to enter closed session to review files, and adopted a regular schedule of meetings for the remainder of 2025.
Chair Joan Harris called the roll and asked for a motion to approve the Jan. 27 minutes. A motion to adopt the minutes as presented was moved and seconded and the committee voted “Aye” to approve the minutes.
The committee then voted to go into closed session to review files. A motion to enter closed session passed; the body left open session at 12:11 p.m. and returned to open session at 2:58 p.m., indicating a closed-session duration of approximately 2 hours and 47 minutes. The stated purpose of the closed session was to review files; no additional details were disclosed in open session.
Back in open session, the committee adopted a schedule of meetings for the remainder of 2025: monthly on the first Friday at 12 p.m. in the Baltimore County Historic Courthouse (the meeting record references both Room 118 and Room 18 in different places). The committee also set an exception for July: Christopher Sewing moved that the July meeting be held on July 11, 2025, at 12 p.m.; the motion was seconded and carried.
The committee adjourned and scheduled its next meeting for March 7, 2025, at 12 p.m., in Room 118 of the Historic Courthouse and by WebEx.
