The chief also described the scale of recent drug seizures. "We went from 57,000 to 779,000 in one year," the chief said, referring to the number of fentanyl pills seized. The chief said that while concentrations in individual pills have varied, total seizure counts have increased substantially and officers carry antidotes.
A motion to approve "resolution number 20 20 5 dash 0 1 and the amendment to the interlocal cooperative agreement relating to the intergovernmental program known as the Utah County Major Crimes Task Force" was moved and seconded.
