Middletown CDA committees forward governance items and approve Linden Avenue bid, city loan and Washington Street change order

At separate governance, audit and finance committee meetings of the City of Middletown Community Development Agency, members voted to forward a set of governance documents to the full board and approved several development-related financial actions.

The governance committee approved and forwarded three items to the full board: the attached 2025 mission statement, recommended bylaws and the agency’s 2025 policies. The committee chair noted the packets contained the documents and members placed a combined motion on the floor to present all three to the full board; the motion carried.

The audit committee voted to recommend RBT as the agency’s auditor for the year ending December 31, 2024, the same auditing firm the agency used in the prior year. The committee made the recommendation to advance RBT’s appointment to the full board for approval.
