The Norwalk City Council on Dec. 10 appointed two members to the Planning Commission and voted unanimously to adopt Resolution No. 24-66 naming alternate representatives to the Los Angeles County City Selection Committee.
Council moved to appoint Lisa Bernala Salas and Rosa Barragan to the Planning Commission; the council approved the appointments by roll-call vote with all members voting "aye." The City Clerk called the roll and recorded votes from the attending councilmembers.
Separately, the council considered Resolution No. 24-66, which designates alternate appointments to the Los Angeles County City Selection Committee. Councilmembers moved and seconded the resolution and again approved it by roll-call vote with no dissent.
No public speakers registered comments on these items, and no amendments or conditions were added to either appointment or the alternate-appointment resolution. The actions were approved as presented and the City Clerk will file the related documentation.
