Council Member Johnson moved to adopt the resolution; the board again voted "aye," 5-0, and the resolution was adopted.
Board members offered brief remarks of thanks and congratulations to the newly appointed officers. No amendments or recorded roll-call votes with individual member positions were offered in the transcript; outcomes were announced as voice tallies of five in favor, zero opposed.
