The commission placed DRH24-00423 (1302 North 12th Street) onto the consent agenda after the applicant agreed to the staff report and no members of the public registered opposition. Two items (DRH24-00342 at 917 East Jefferson Street and DRH24-00263 at 718 West Ada Street) were deferred at the applicant's request to allow redesign and further neighborhood coordination.
