- Approval of bills: The council approved payment of bills dated Dec. 4, 2024. Motion and second were made on the record; the council approved by voice vote with unanimous consent.
- Employee reward and recognition program (one-time 2024 payment): The council approved a one-time employee reward at the $25 level for 2024. Motion: (text as stated on record) "I make a motion that we approve the employee reward and recognition program at the $25 a year level."
